Kindrall — Pricing

Kindrall is a workflow-automation and approval-routing platform for finance and procurement teams; pricing is per editor seat with usage-based runs and a starter plan capped at small teams.

Starter plan

The Starter plan is $0 for the first three editor seats and is capped permanently at three editor seats — adding a fourth requires upgrading to Standard. Includes up to 1,000 workflow runs per month, two approval gates per workflow, and the standard library of 40 connectors. Email-only support with a 3-business-day target. Starter is not eligible for SOC 2 Type II reports.

Standard plan

Standard is $19 per editor seat per month, billed annually only, with a five-seat minimum. Includes 25,000 monthly workflow runs, unlimited approval gates per workflow, all 40 standard connectors plus 30 premium connectors (NetSuite, Coupa, Workday, etc.), and audit-log retention for 13 months. Overage is $0.012 per workflow run beyond the included pool.

Business plan

Business is $42 per editor seat per month with a 25-seat minimum, also billed annually only. Includes 250,000 monthly workflow runs, custom-connector authoring with version pinning, conditional dual-control approval (requires two distinct approvers above a configurable monetary threshold), and SAML SSO with SCIM provisioning across all major IdPs. Includes 24x5 chat support during business hours of the customer's primary HQ region.

Add-ons

All paid plans may add a high-volume run pack (1 million additional runs for $1,800 per month, capped at one pack per organization), a HIPAA configuration option for an additional 18% on top of the seat base ($75 per seat minimum effective price uplift), and a six-month data-residency option for the EU at no additional cost on the Business plan.
